The HR Law course offers an in-depth examination of the legal frameworks governing human resource management, equipping HR professionals with the knowledge to navigate complex employment laws. This course covers federal and state regulations, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and anti-discrimination laws. Participants will explore workplace safety, employee privacy, wage and hour compliance, and termination procedures. Through case studies, legal analyses, and interactive discussions, learners will understand how to mitigate risks and ensure compliance in HR practices. The course addresses emerging issues, such as remote work regulations, gig economy challenges, and changing mandates.
