This course is an introduction to the world of project management and will give students vital information and insights into seven basic areas of project management:

Project ideation
Defining the scope
Creating a work breakdown structure
Project scheduling management
Project cost management
Project quality management
Project resource management

You will come away with the foundation by which to build upon in order to be an effective leader in the dynamic world of project management. The class will consist of live online lectures in addition to applying practical applications learned throughout the course in the form of elements of a project.
