This course builds upon Foundations of Modern Project Management to give you valuable skills required in today’s ever-changing corporate project management environment.

The Leading Projects Through Execution course hones critical PM skills through interactive discussions of key topics: stakeholder management, leading teams, finance and financial planning, and basic process improvement tools and techniques.

The class will consist of live online lectures in addition to applying practical applications learned throughout the course in the form of elements of a project.
