This course provides an entry point into property and casualty insurance and qualifies students for the 4-40 Customer Service Representative license. Students are awarded the RCSR designation upon course completion. This is a Corporate Training and Professional Education Partnership program with the Andy Beverly School.

This course qualifies you for the 4-40 Customer Service Representative license. No state exam is required.

This course surveys all lines of property and casualty insurance, but not health. Personal and commercial lines are included.

The 4-40 license lets you sell and service insurance under the supervision of a licensed and appointed general lines agent (2-20).

4-40 CSRs are limited to transacting insurance inside the office. Later on, you can convert your 4-40 license to a 2-20 or 20-44 if needed.

  • There is no study manual required for this course; all materials are printable or readable online. Flashcards are not needed for this course.
  • Students are assigned a dedicated teacher. Videos and illustrations are included.
