- Complete a baseline self-assessment of current performance, mindset, and environment.
- Identify top 3 wins, 3 challenges, and 3 lessons learned from the past year.
Session 2: Knowing Ourselves
- Learn how personal strengths, values, and motivators influence work performance.
- Recognize blind spots and patterns that derail progress.
- Map out strengths vs. weaknesses using provided tools.
- Write a personal mission statement for the next 12 months.
Session 3: Emotional Intelligence
- Understand the 5 core components of Emotional Intelligence.
- Learn how EI drives communication, relationships, and sales outcomes.
- Identify personal EI strengths and growth areas.
- Apply EI to a current professional challenge for immediate improvement.
Session 4: Raising Our Standards
- Understand the link between personal standards and professional brand.
- Learn how high standards attract better clients and opportunities.
- Draft a personal “Standards Statement.”

- Learn how to structure an internal “board” of skills and roles for success.
- Identify the roles you naturally fill and those you neglect.
- Create a visual of your personal “Executive Board.”
- Plan for strengthening underdeveloped roles or outsourcing them.
Session 6: Strategy vs. Planning
- Distinguish between big-picture strategy and step-by-step planning.
- Learn why both are essential and when to use each.
- Define a clear vision (strategy) for the next year.
- Develop a 90-day plan with key actions aligned to that vision.
Session 7: The Performance Triangle
- Understand the three pillars of peak performance (mindset, skills, execution).
- Learn how imbalance in one area affects the whole system.
- Assess personal performance across all three pillars.
- Create a plan to strengthen the weakest pillar.
Session 8: Your Personal Playbook
- Learn how to integrate all program lessons into one repeatable system.
- Understand how to adapt the Playbook as markets, roles, and goals change.
- Build a personalized FYE Playbook with daily/weekly practices, KPIs, and review checkpoints.
- Commit to a 90-day post-program implementation plan.
